During the Winter season LANSW and Athletics NSW offer events for athletes to compete in Cross Country running, Race Walks and Track & Field events.

Uniform: Balmain athletics competition singlet or crop top with black shorts or tights must be worn. Athletics NSW events will issue event Bib numbers. For LANSW events, your 2022/23 registration number, age patch and Coles patch must be displayed.
